Day 1 : WELCOME TO LUXOR - NILE CRUISE.

-Meet & assist in Luxor airport or your stay in Luxor with warm hospitality for Nile Cruisers services.
-Meet with pickup by your Egyptologist to start Nile Cruise trip.
-Visit the east bank of Luxor (The complex of Karnak temples where you will see the Hypostyle hall & Hatshepsut obelisk).
-Transfer for embarkation on Nile Cruise before Lunch.
-Embark & Lunch will be served on board with selection of vegetarian and international food.
-Free time in Luxor for relaxation and exploring Luxor city.
-Dinner on board, disco entertainment & overnight on board (Luxor).

Day 2 : LUXOR DAY TRIP.

-Wake-up call with breakfast on board while the Nile Cruise in Luxor.
-Optional Trip - Hot Air Balloon in Luxor.
-Visit the west bank in Luxor (valley of Kings & enter inside Three royal tombs).
-Visit the Hatshepsut temple - el deir el bahri and Memnon statues).
-Back to Nile cruise for lunch on board.
-Sail towards Aswan with afternoon tea, beautiful scene for Nile valley.
-Arrive Esna, cross the lock to be in higher level of water - is the best view during your travel of Egypt.
-Dinner on board, entertainment & overnight on Nile Cruise board (Edfu).

Day 3 : NILE CRUISE TRIP.

-Wake-up call with breakfast on board while the Nile Cruise in Edfu.
-Ride horse carriage to visit Edfu temple of flacon headed god Horus.
-Back to Nile Cruise with horse carriage and sail to Kom Ombo.
-Lunch on board with a beautiful scene for Nile valley while sailing.
-Arrive Kom Ombo & walk for 10 minutes on the east edge of the Nile for the visit.
-Visit the temple of Kom Ombo and crocodiles mummy room, back to the cruise.
-Sail to Aswan with afternoon tea at sun deck.
-Dinner on board, entertainment & overnight on Nile cruise board (Aswan).

Day 4 : ABU SIMBEL DAY TRIP.

-Early morning; meet your Egyptologist and have breakfast (Usually box) and drive to Abu Simbel.
-Enjoy with the drive and road to Abu Simbel and beautiful scene for the desert.
-Visit the tow temples of Abu Simbel of King Ramses II and his wife Neferatari.
-After finish the tour drive back to the Nile Cruise.
-Back to the Nile cruise with Lunch on board.
-At the noon sail with Felucca (the traditional sailing boat) around the Nile islands.
-Dinner on board, entertainment & overnight on Nile Cruise board (Aswan).

Day 5 : ASWAN VISIT - HOME.

-Breakfast on board while the Nile Cruise in Aswan following with disembark from the board.
-Start Aswan trip with the visit the temple of Philae & the beautiful Isis island.
-Visit the High Dam passing by the Old Dam of Aswan & Nasser Lake.
-At appropriate time transfer to airport or hotel in Aswan with sweet memories for Nile Cruise.

Payment:
After you will send your request the company representative will discuss and finalize the final arrangement with you and send you the details in the final confirmation.
Then you must confirm these details and make the correct deposit/payment, as discussed in your details; by credit card or to the company account by wire transfer, automatically your space will be secure.

Cancellation:
Because of the special nature of the Nile Cruise programs each boat may have a different cancellation policy, and we are responsible of informing our client about this policy before any payment otherwise the following cancellation policy will be applied.
• If a cancellation is made any time after your payment 10% from the total price will be deducted.
• From 90 to 61 days prior to arrival, 25% of the package’s full rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• From 60 to 46 days prior to arrival, 50% of the package’s full rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• From 45 to 31 days prior to arrival, 75% of the package’s full rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• From 30 days till the l day of check-in & No show on the day of check-in, 100% of the package’s full.

Domestic airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees: some maybe non-refundable. Details will be quoted per case.
The refund would be done in the same Credit Card that used before.

General:
Nile Cruise itinerary may be changed without prior notice due to navigational or security restrictions.
The Cruise itinerary may be changed in sequence but not in visits.
