Meet & assist in Luxor airport with pick up for embarkation on the Nile Cruise. - 04 nights' accommodation on Dahabiya Nile Cruise based on full board. - Entrance fees apply to the sightseeing tours mentioned in Luxor, Dahabiya Nile Cruise & Aswan. - All transfers by a modern A/C vehicle for the entire trip with a qualified driver. - A licensed speaking tour guide during your trip. - Assistance of our personnel during your stay and excursions. - All transfers to/from the guest's home/hotel by a modern A/C vehicle. - Pick up with a private transfer from the Nile cruise to Aswan airport or your stay in Aswan. - More flexibility during sightseeing & stops. - Mineral water during the day trip. - All taxes & service charges.
Payment: After you send your request, the company representative will discuss and finalize the arrangement with you and send you the details in the final confirmation. Then you must confirm these details and make the correct deposit/payment, as discussed in your details, by credit card or to the company account by wire transfer. Once this is done, your space will be secure. Cancellation: Because of the special nature of the Nile Cruise programs, each boat may have a different cancellation policy, and we are responsible of informing our client about this policy before any payment; otherwise, the following cancellation policy will be applied. • If a cancellation is made any time after your payment 10% from the total price will be deducted. • From 90 to 61 days before arrival, 25% of the package’s full rate will be charged as a cancellation fee. • From 60 to 46 days prior to arrival, 50% of the package’s full rate will be charged as a cancellation fee. • From 45 to 31 days before arrival, 75% of the package’s full rate will be charged as a cancellation fee. • From 30 days till the l day of check-in & No show on the day of check-in, 100% of the package’s full. General: The Nile cruise itinerary may be changed without prior notice due to navigational or security restrictions. The cruise itinerary may be changed in sequence but not in visits.
