Two basic suites on the Al Sultan deck are handicap accessible, and the ship has a panoramic view lift to make getting from one floor to the next simpler. The two-level comprehensive spa, which has an indoor relaxation pool, single and double dry and wet massage rooms, steam, sauna, and Turkish baths, jacuzzi, and a fully equipped gym, is unique to the Al Hambra and not found on any other Nile cruise ship.
