Itinerary Details
Day 1 : WELCOME TO EGYPT - CAIRO.
Upon arrival Cairo international airport, NileCruisers.com rep- will meet and assist you during passport control, luggage area and customs formalities with warm hospitality during your travel to Egypt.
Then you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo by a private A/C vehicle for check in and relaxation in Cairo hotel & overnight in Cairo.
Day 2 : CAIRO DAY TRIP. - TRAIN TO ASWAN.
Breakfast at your hotel and meet your tour guide to start the day trip in Cairo. Visit The Great Pyramids of Giza, the valley temple, the Sphinx with exploring how the pyramids were constructed in ancient Egypt and the builders of Giza pyramids.
Then proceed to visit papyrus institute with lecture for ancient Egypt life, paper industry in ancient Egypt.
Lunch will be served at local restaurant with delicious Egyptian dishes and taste Egypt food at local restaurant.
Proceed to visiting the Egyptian Museum, which houses a unique collection of ancient Pharaonic antiquities. Accordingly, your guide will show you the wonderful exhibitions of this museum. After that, he will give you free time to take pictures.
Then transfer to Cairo train station to board on sleeping train to travel to Aswan.
Dinner and overnight on sleeping board.
Day 3 : WELCOME TO NILE CRUISE - ASWAN VISIT – SAIL WITH FELUCCA.
Breakfast will be served on sleeping train board.
Upon arrival at the Aswan train station will be greeted by our professional Nile Cruisers team, including an expert tour guide who will take you on a tour of Aswan, showcasing the highlights of local life and the rich history of the area.
Then the adventure begins with a motorboat ride to the stunning Isis Island, where you'll visit the magnificent Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis.
Next, you'll discover the Unfinished Obelisk, a marvel of ancient engineering.
After coming aboard the Nile Cruise vessel, you’ll have a delicious lunch and then transfer to a traditional sailing boat (Felucca) to set sail on the Nile, taking in the beautiful scenery, and exploring the Aswan region (subject to weather conditions).
As the day comes to a close, you'll return to the Nile Cruise ship for an on-board dinner and spend the night on the Nile Cruise ship.
Day 4 : NILE CRUISE TRIP - VISIT TO KOM OMBO TEMPLE.
We start Day 4 with a delicious breakfast on the Nile Cruise ship. (For the early birds, there is an opportunity for an optional tour of the Abu Simbel temple during this time. Note, this optional tour is an additional cost and comes with a breakfast box.)
At noon, we set sail towards Kom Ombo, taking in the beauty of the Nile Valley and enjoy a midday lunch aboard the Nile Cruise ship.
Upon arriving at Kom Ombo, you'll visit the ancient Kom Ombo temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris, an extraordinary historical site that gives you a glimpse into the rich culture of ancient Egypt.
After the visit, you'll return to the Nile Cruise ship and set sail towards Edfu, where you'll take in the stunning scenery of the Nile Valley.
Upon arrival at Edfu, you’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night aboard the Nile Cruise ship.
Day 5 : RIVER NIGHT SAILING - VISIT LUXOR TEMPLE AT NIGHT – LUXOR.
We start Day 5 with a delicious breakfast on the Nile Cruise ship.
Then we set sail towards Luxor, enjoying the Nile Valley's beauty along the waterway.
Lunch will be aboard the Nile Cruise ship as guests experience our vessel crossing the lock at Esna to a lower level of water—providing the most stunning views of the Nile during your trip.
Upon arrival in Luxor, you'll have free time to explore the city, the street market or souq, and the Luxor temple, an unforgettable experience that we know you will treasure forever.
Dinner will take place aboard the Nile Cruise ship before you settle into your on-board lodgings for the night.
Day 6 : LUXOR DAY TRIP TO WEST BANK & EAST BANK – TRAIN TO CAIRO.
Day 6 starts with a delicious breakfast on board, followed by disembarkation from the Nile Cruise. (For the early birds, there is an opportunity for a Hot Air Balloon ride, an optional trip that begins early in the morning and is not included in the cost of your package.)
After disembarkation from the Nile Cruise vessel, you will take a tour of the west bank of Luxor, including the Valley of the Kings and three royal tombs for Egypt's ancient Pharaohs of Egypt.
Afterwards, you'll have the opportunity to visit the majestic tomb of King Tutankhamun, the Mummy of Tutankhamun, and the granite sarcophagus, an experience that very few people have had the privilege to have.
Next, you will visit Queen Hatshepsut's funerary temple at Deir el-Bahari and the two Memnon colossi.
After that, drive to Luxor's east bank to visit the Karnak temple complex, which includes the Ramses III temple and Hatshepsut obelisks.
At the appropriate time, guests will be transferred to Luxor train station to board to Cairo.
Dinner will be served on sleeping train board with an overnight board.
Day 7 : ARRIVE CAIRO -
Breakfast will be served on board.
Upon arrive Giza (Cairo) train station will be met and assist to transfer to get your vehicle with your tour guide to visit the Old Cairo which is known as Coptic Cairo as we will visit there the Hanging church, the Cavern Church and the holy crypt for Jesus and the synagogue of Ben Azra.
Stop at one of our local restaurant to have Lunch.
At the end of the trip transfer to visit Khan El Khalili the oldest bazaar in Cairo and middle east, walk and feel with atmosphere of Islamic Cairo tour with drinking a cup of Egyptian tea at famous cafe shop (El Faishawy) in the middle east.
Then transfer to Cairo hotel for relaxation and rest, overnight in Cairo hotel.
Day 8 : TRANSFER TO CAIRO AIRPORT - HOME.
Breakfast on the hotel, assist to check out with luggage down.
At the appropriate time transfer to Cairo airport to fly back home with sweet memories for Cairo trip.
