Itinerary Details
Day 1 :
Cairo – Welcome to Egypt.
-Welcome to Egypt, the gift of the Nile as described by Herodotus 425 BC.
-Upon arrival at Cairo international airport, you will be met and assisted by our representative who will help you during passport control, Visa procedures, luggage area and customs formalities.
-Then you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo by a private A/C vehicle for check in and overnight in Cairo.
Day 2 :
Giza Pyramids & Egyptian museum trip.
-After breakfast at your hotel; meet your Egyptology guide to visit The Great Pyramids of Giza.
-Explore the secrets of the Pyramids, the Valley temple & Sphinx.
-Then visit the Papyrus Institute to discover the ancient industry for making the paper.
-Stop at local restaurant for lunch.
-Then proceed to The Egyptian Museum where you will see the Treasures of Tut Ankh Amen and treasures of the Pharaohs.
-After the day trip in Cairo, back to hotel,
-Overnight in Cairo hotel.
Day 3 :
Cairo City Tour (Coptic Cairo & Islamic Cairo).
-After breakfast on the hotel, your guide will be waiting you to start the tour.
-Start with visit the Old Cairo which is known as the (Coptic Cairo) where will visit the Hanging Church, the holy crypt of Jesus & Ben Azra Synagogue.
-Proceed with your guide and driver to discover the local life of Cairo in the streets and the city of the dead.
-Arrive the Citadel of Salah-Eldin to visit the mosque of Mohamed Ali which is known as Alabaster mosque.
-See all of Cairo at the highest point in the Citadel.
-Drive to have good meal at local restaurant with Egyptian dishes.
-Arrive El Hussein area to visit the Bazaars of Khan Khalili and visit El Moez street inside the Islamic city.
-Then transfer to your hotel in Cairo, overnight in Cairo.
Day 4 :
Cairo – fly to Luxor (Nile Cruise).
-Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to Cairo airport to fly to Luxor.
-Upon arrival Luxor meet and assist to transfer to start Nile Cruise trip from Luxor.
-Meet the licensed Egyptologist to visit the west bank of Luxor (Karnak Temples, Hatshepsut obelisk, Ramses III temple).
-Transfer for embarkation before Lunch.
-Lunch on board with relaxation on board.
-Enjoy with Nile Cruise for Dinner on board, disco entertainment & overnight on board (Luxor).
Day 5 :
Luxor day trip.
-Breakfast on board.
-Depart to Luxor west bank visit (valley of Kings with three royal tombs, Hatshepsut temple - el deir el bahri and Memnon statues).
-Back to Nile cruise for lunch on board.
-Sail towards Aswan with afternoon tea, once arrive Esna, cross the lock to be in higher level of water.
-Dinner on board, entertainment & overnight on board (Edfu).
Day 6 :
Nile Cruise Trip.
-Breakfast on board.
-Ride horse carriage to visit Edfu temple (god Horus- falcon headed god),
-Back to the cruise and sail to Kom Ombo.
-Lunch on board with a beautiful scene for Nile valley while sailing.
-Arrive kom Ombo to visit the temple of Kom Ombo and crocodiles mummy room,
-Back to the cruise and sail to Aswan with afternoon tea.
-Dinner on board, entertainment & overnight on board (Aswan).
Day 7 :
Aswan day tour.
-Breakfast on board and disembarkation from the cruise.
-Proceed with the visits of the Aswan sightseeing including (the temple of Philae, Isis island and tour to High Dam passing by the Old Dam of Aswan & Nasser Lake).
-Back to the cruise, lunch on board.
-Dinner on board, entertainment & overnight on board (Aswan).
Day 8 :
Aswan - Amman (Jordan).
-Breakfast on board. Disembarkation from the cruise.
-At the appropriate time transfer to Aswan airport to fly to Amman by stop at Cairo.
-Upon arrival to Queen Alia Airport our representative will meet and assist you through the immigration and customs procedures.
-Transfer to the hotel in Amman for overnight.
Day 9 :
Amman Hotel – Jerash – Amman City Tour.
-Breakfast at the hotel. Drive in the north of Jordan to Jerash, the best example of a Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East.
-We visit the spectacular Forum, Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum and Artemis Temple.
-Back in Amman visit in Downtown the Amphitheater with the small Jordan Folklore Museum and the Citadel.
-Back to the hotel with Overnight Amman hotel.
Day 10 :
Amman Hotel – Madaba – Mt. Nebo – King’s Way – Kerak – Petra Hotel.
-Check out from hotel after breakfast.
-Drive to Mt. Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the promised land before he died.
-You visit the old monastery and overlook the Jordan Valley,
-Dead Sea, Jericho and Jerusalem. After we proceed to Madaba, where to find the famous mosaic 6th century map of Palestine in St. George’s church.
-Driving along the famous ancient caravan route the King's Way,
-We have a short stop in Wadi Al-Mujib, a great wide valley with magnificent geological formation.
-In Kerak visit the famous Crusader castle built in 1132/34 by King Baldwin I. of Jerusalem.
-Continue to Petra for overnight.
Day 11 :
Petra Visit – Petra Hotel.-After breakfast visit the red rose city Petra, the biggest attraction of Jordan.
-Petra was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and founded a commercial empire.
-Pass the canyon, the so called Siq, to the most beautiful monument: the Treasury.
-Among other monuments you will see are the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle
-Back to the hotel with overnight at Petra Hotel.
Day 12 :
Petra - Head to Wadi Rum - Wadi Rum 2.5 hours jeep ride – Sleeping in Camp Wadi Rum.
-Enjoy with the breakfast at the hotel.
-Head to Wadi Rum for Jeep tour for 2 hours and catching the magnificent sunset.
-Overnight at Wadi Rum Camp.
Day 13 :
Wadi Rum -Dead Sea Hotel.
-Breakfast at the hotel,
-Proceed 3.5 hours to the lowest point on the earth, the Dead Sea, where ever since the days of Herod the Great, people have flocked to in search of its curative secrets,
-Check in and overnight in Dead Sea.
Day 14 :
Sea of Galilee: Caparnaum, Mt of Beatitudes & Tabgha – Nazareth – Jerusalem
-Breakfast following with check out and transfer to cross the border to Sea of Galilee.
-Your first stop there is Capernaum, where you can see the remains of the once prosperous fishing village that became the home base of Jesus and his disciples.
-Continue to Tabgha, where the miracle of the feeding of the 5000 is said to have happened. Also stop at the Church of the Primacy where Peter was told by Jesus that to continue his work.
-Drive up to the Mount of Beatitudes, site of the famous Sermon on the Mount. Don't miss out the monastery's beautiful gardens.
- After enjoying the fantastic views over the lake for a minute, head on to Nazareth.
-The boyhood village of Jesus is now a bustling city, and at the Church of the Annunciation you will see visitors from all corners of the world.
-This is also reflected in the décor of the modern building.
-Head to Jerusalem with Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 15 :
Jericho – Dead Sea – Jerusalem.
-After Breakfast w will go to Jerusalem to drive to the Mount of Olives for a wonderful view over Jerusalem.
-Continue to the Church of the Pater Noster, where the Lord's Prayer is displayed on local-style pottery panels in over 100 different languages and dialects.
-Enter the Old City through the Dung gate to visit the Wailing (or Western) Wall, and view the Haram Al Sharif with the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock.
-Drive with Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 16 :
Jerusalem – Bethlehem – Shepherd's Field – West Jerusalem - City Tour up to 2hrs in Tel Aviv
-After breakfast depart from your hotel to Bethlehem, crossing into the West Bank and stopping at the Separation Wall.
-Visit modern city of Bethlehem to see the Church of the Nativity, believed to be located at the birthplace of Jesus.
-Drive to visit the Shepherd's Fields in Beit Sahour, which is the place where according to some tradition the angels first announced Jesus' birth.
-After that, return to Jerusalem. If there is time, you can visit a site in the western part of the city, such as the Mahane Yehuda Market, Yad Vashem (the Holocaust Memorial), or the Israel Museum (where you can see the Dead Sea Scrolls).
-Please discuss your preference with your driver or guide, and note that museums may close early on some days.
-Then we will go directly to Tel-Aviv to overnight in the hotel.
Day 17 :
Ben-Gurion Airport.
-Breakfast in the hotel, following with check out from the hotel at the appropriate time transfer to Ben Gurion Airport to fly home with sweet memories.
