Luxury Nile cruises offer larger suites, premium dining, butler-style service, spas, and refined interiors, while deluxe cruises are 5-star ships at a lower price with all the core comforts. Both sail the same Luxor–Aswan route; the difference is the level of finish and service.
Our luxury fleet includes the Oberoi Zahra and Oberoi Philae, several Movenpick ships (SS Misr, Darakum, Sunray, Royal Lily, Royal Lotus, Hamees), the Sonesta Star Goddess, Moon Goddess and St. George, plus Historia, Farah, Tamr Henna, and others.
Luxury sailings start from around $769 for a 3-night cruise and rise for premium ships such as the Oberoi vessels and the Movenpick SS Misr. The final price depends on the ship, the season, cabin category, and trip length.
Most luxury cruises run 3 nights / 4 days or 4 nights / 5 days between Luxor and Aswan, stopping at Karnak, the Valley of the Kings, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Philae. Some premium ships, like the Oberoi, offer longer round-trip itineraries.
Cruise fares include full-board dining and guided excursions with an Egyptologist. Domestic flights are included on packages that start from Cairo; on cruise-only bookings, flights and transfers can be added on request.
