Cruise the Nile in a way that was once only reserved for pharaohs and queens. Indulge in the glory of Egypt and the Nile’s most magnificent sights. Explore the colossal ruins of the Temple of Karnak, the world’s largest ancient religious site, and the captivating Temple of Luxor. Visit temples dedicated to Horus, Amon, and other mythological figures, as well as the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which honors the country’s first female ruler. If you journey through the Valley of the Kings, the ancient burial grounds of Egyptian royalty, follow in the footsteps of renowned scholars and explorers.
By the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, the world travel business faced challenges due to the coved-19 crises. The tourist traffics in Egypt was not so far from a global disaster and the majors of Nile River boats stopped sailing between Luxor and Aswan, but some Nile River Cruises continued to operate even with very low occupancy that does not cover the trip cost.
Because of security issues following a terrorist attack on a temple near Luxor in 1997, river cruise ships were limited to visiting only Luxor and Aswan. However, they are now open for business, even though, the area still has a strong security presence. In more than a decade, there have been no terrorist attacks along the Nile.
Nile Cruise Expectations During 2021 / 2022 Seasons
We at Nile Cruisers monitored the high demand of the booking requests which we expected to reach its peak between October and December, many Nile Cruise boats start prepares to operate again, and even we can see brand new boats will start sailing soon between Luxor and Aswan, in the other hand many of the Red Sea resorts are already exceeded the %80 of the occupancies. Charter flight traffics to Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh airports increased dramatically. Egyptian authorities have installed very streak measure safety protocols against Coved-19 in the hotels and Nile Cruises including negative PCR tests before and after the visit to Egypt, besides the Expanding vaccination campaigns through the country.
